• Customer agrees to adhere to IST's Acceptable Use Policy
• Customer agrees to not knowingly violate any South African law
• Customer agrees to not send or promote the sending of spam
• Customer agrees to allow IST to remove any content which IST considers illegal or for which IST has received a take-down notice
• Customer agrees to allow IST to suspend any and all services provided to customer if customer violates these conditions, our AUP or any contractual obligations
